You've invested in the newest shoes, a sound run training plan, comfortable clothes, race entries and a fancy watch, not to mention hours of sweat and effort putting in the miles.

Dates: January 31 through April 7 (note: no class on Thursday March 3)
Days: Monday and Thursday
Time: 4-5 PM
Location: Naranja Park, Oro Valley
What to bring: Workout mat, hydration source. All the equipment we need will be provided but you are welcome to bring anything additional
