Do I need a prescription, script or physician's referral?
No you do not. Arizona is a Direct Access state, which means you may see a physical therapist without a prescription, script or referral.
Where are you located?
On Mondays and Wednesdays we see patients at Resilient Fitness, minutes from downtown Tucson, University of Arizona, Davis-Monthan AFB and other central locations.
All other days of the week you can find us at GRITfit Wellness Group in Oro Valley at Oracle and Magee.

How much does it cost?
Let me ask you a few questions first...
If you aren't satisfied with the care you receive, we will refund your money..guaranteed! ok, i'm willing to give you a shot....What should i expect from my first visit? You will have the opportunity to describe to us what ails you and go through a movement assessment, during which we'll guide you through several motions to gain a better understanding of your function and symptoms. If you decide we are a good fit to help you, we can continue directly into a treatment session or you can schedule your first treatment for a different day.

HOW LONG ARE APPOINTMENTS?
Initial evaluations are typically sixty minutes, which allows us to listen to your history, conduct a thorough examination and perform treatment. Follow up appointments are either sixty minutes or thirty minutes. Sixty minute appointments are ideal for those needing both manual treatment and exercise guidance.
Thirty minute appointments are ideal for those who require less exercise guidance and will mainly benefit from a manual treatment focus. These shorter appointments are also ideal for patients working with one of our trusted personal training colleagues, with whom we can collaborate to help guide your transition from the clinic back to your normal training plan.

What should I wear?
For physical therapy patients, it is important to have access to visibly examine, palpate and treat your body, muscles and tissues directly. Please bring with you a pair of loose comfortable shorts and female patients should bring a sleeveless shirt, tank top, sports bra or swim suit top to change into when you arrive.
What if I can't make it to your office? Can I be treated at home?
Yes! We do offer that option on a case-by-case basis for patients seeking our care but who are unable to visit us onsite due to scheduling or logistical limitations. Please contact us for more information.
